Biography
I am Marlin Akplogan, I am a certified Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) Coach and Process Communication Model® (PCM) and PCM trainer with a passion for helping humans bridge the gap and better connect with each other. With years of experience in the field of Human Resources, coaching and training, I am committed to helping individuals, couples and teams unlock their full potential.
My journey to becoming a coach and trainer began long before their certification. With a background in Hospitality, Human Resources and having traveled in 7 different countries, I discovered a passion for understanding and connecting with people on a deeper level. Following multiple event where I myself experienced mental wellness challenges, with the necessary support, I realized the importance of effective communication and empathy, and that I could use these skills to help others overcome their own barriers to connection and success.
Armed with a certification in NLP coaching and PCM training, I pursued my passion for coaching and founded Humanis, a practice dedicated to helping humans bridge the gap and better connect with each other.
